Booking Policy
Please Note
- All reservation requests are subject to confirmation
- Tariff includes New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 12.5% until 30 September 2010, and 15% from 01 October 2010.
- There is a 2 night minimum for bookings in The Homestead.
Rugby World Cup 2011
- Usual accommodation rates will apply during September and October 2011
- There will be a 3 night minimum for all properties during these two months

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date - 50% forfeit of the total booking price
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date - 100% forfeit of the total booking price

Payment Policy
- A deposit of 20% of the total is required to secure your reservation
The balance is payable upon arrival

- Check In 3pm
- Check Out 10am
- These times can be amended by prior arrangement
